Emberfall Saga is the kind of RPG that respects your time. Battles are turn-based and you can set them to auto when you're grinding, but the boss fights genuinely want you paying attention. Switching party members mid-fight with a swipe feels natural once you get the rhythm.
The writing surprised us. Side quests have actual payoffs, and a few dialogue choices stuck with us hours later. The map is big but the fast-travel never felt stingy.
Battery-wise it's demanding — expect your phone to warm up during longer sessions. Dropping the frame cap to 30 in settings helped a lot and we honestly didn't miss the smoothness.
